My Solar Edge is not connected to the internet!

How was it connected to the internet before?

If it was connected through a cellular connection and has firmware from 2023 and beyond you can use these steps to get it connected to Wifi.  Solar Edge finally joined the WiFi community in 2023 (note it will NOT connect to wifi without the firmware)

   2. Turn off solar edge system and Remove Solar edge plate cover with tool.
   3. Take out cellular chip. and reconnect to port that says wifi.
   4. Tun System on. Wait until green light is flashing.
   5. Open your My Solar Edge app and tape the ☰ go to Site communications and scan QR Code
   6. click the toggle switch to P on the inverter between the two cabinets on the inverter.
   7. Once connected to the inverter find your network name and password.
   8. Enter your Wi-Fi password, then tap “Connect.”
   9. Once connected, you’ll be returned to the dashboard tab to confirm.
   10. Wait up to 15 minutes for the connection to finalize.
